Vincent Mirabel is the Founder and Managing Director of ACS Léman. Vincent has gained 15 years of international experience in Internal Control consulting and Private Banking management role. He helped industrial clients optimising their process efficiency and implementing Compliance with new regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley. Experienced Internal Audit Manager, he was responsible for all the audit work of a Swiss Private Bank and its subsidiaries in Liechtenstein, Monaco and Gibraltar. He also held Front-Office management responsibilities as Head of Private Banking Administration and was in charge of the day-to-day Front Office activities.

He has a strong international experience either studying or working in Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Canada, US and various countries in Europe.

He graduated as an engineer and holds an MBA degree from HEC Paris. He is also a qualified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
